Coaching focuses on setting goals, creating outcomes and managing personal change. Other service professions, like consulting and psychotherapy, are based on the wisdom and expertise of the professional. In coaching you —the client — are the expert. Your coach’s role is to ask powerful questions, act as a sounding board, provide objective assessment and observations, listen fully and actively, challenge your blind spots, and foster shifts in thinking that reveal fresh perspectives.
Coaching is not:
Mentoring: Unlike mentoring, which offers advice from personal experience, coaching helps clients tap into their own inner wisdom to chart their path.
Therapy: Therapy addresses mental health and past issues, while coaching focuses on future solutions and growth.
Consulting: Instead of offering strategic advice like a consultant, a coach partners with clients to enhance clarity and help them find their own solutions.

As a coaching client (“coachee”), your role is to:

We believe lasting change takes time. Most experts agree that it can take at least 60 days to form new habits, and even longer to shift deeply ingrained mindsets shaped by years or generations of conditioning. As such, our coaching packages start at the 90 day mark.
While you'll notice mindset and behavioural shifts by the first few weeks, the most transformative results happen for our clients who commit to longer coaching journeys (i.e., 1-year coaching containers).
